Refunds & Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If a cancellation is received before you have received your proof, then your cheque will be returned, and there will be no charge. If a cancellation is received after a proof has been forwarded to you, then a charge of 10% of the value of your order will be made to cover some of the work already undertaken. All work is of course bespoke and produced to order, so once you have approved your proof, and production has begun it is not possible to cancel an order, without being charged for it.
Because of the bespoke nature of the product, it is only possible to issue refunds if the order is found to be faulty. We pride ourselves on the standard of any work that we produce for our customers, but if the item has been damaged in transit, or an error has been made for which we are responsible, then we are happy to refund or replace the item free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the customer when placing the order, and for this reason it is important that you check that the information you place on the order form is accurate and legible. We take care to ensure that your order is securely packaged, but if the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, to arrange for return within the next 7 days, and keep the packaging for inspection.
