Postage & Packing

Postage and packing within the UK is included in the quoted cost.

Frames and canvases are securely packed in bubble wrap and cardboard. Unframed prints are sent rolled in a cardboard mailing tube.

Artwork is despatched first class recorded delivery for smaller items, and by Parcelforce for larger items.

If you have sent us your original artwork by post, this will be returned to you at the same time.

We aim to make sure that all artwork is received by you within 28 days, and normally much sooner. If there is likely to be any problem with this, we will contact you as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays once the order has been despatched.

There is an additional charge for postage outside of the UK, which will be charged at cost - please contact us for a quote.
